Pricing
Unless otherwise stated all prices include VAT. An invoice will be sent with your order unless you have specified a separate delivery address.
Delivery
All orders received by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day assuming all items are in stock. UK customers can expect their goods to arrive in 1-2 working days. Postage & packaging fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Orders over £50.00 will be sent out free of charge. For more details on the postage costs please see below.

Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived and you are concerned that it could be lost in the post, please check with your local sorting office first before contacting us. A parcel is not classed as lost by the Royal Mail until 15 days have passed. If you have not received your parcel after this time then please contact us so we can make a lost parcel claim on your behalf.
Refund Policy & Returns

We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. Please note this must be within 14 days (non-working day’s inc.) of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in an exchange or credit note only being offered. We will offer exchange or a credit note up to 28 days from the purchase date.
We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01453 842533.
Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01453 842533 to get a Returns Number. Replacement items can only be sent out on the return of the original item, unless otherwise agreed. Unreturned items requested will be billed for.
Your item(s) must be returned clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 30 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
We will not exchange or refund goods that are wilfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. All returns, credit notes and refunds offered are down to our discretion.
Stock Availability
Any item advertised on our web site should be in stock, and the website should notify you otherwise during the checkout procedure. In the event that we are out of stock of any item ordered, we shall contact you within 2 working days of the date the goods were ordered, to notify you of a likely delivery date or any other options. We may contact you by email or telephone. |
